RV Couture 24 ships handwoven Banarasi silk and Jamdani sarees across India and to select countries internationally, carefully packed to reach you in pristine condition.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Your exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees added later.

Every parcel is insured in transit at no additional charge.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

Within India: 4–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service. We deliver to every serviceable pincode across India.
International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Pre-Order Items

Sarees marked “Available on Pre-Order” are handwoven to order. They are crafted specially for you and dispatched as soon as they are ready — we will share an estimated dispatch date via email/WhatsApp after your order is placed. Please note that pre-order timelines are longer than in-stock items.

Insured Delivery

Every RV Couture 24 parcel is insured against loss or damage in transit. If your saree arrives damaged, raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. Our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash, as our delivery partners may not carry change. Refused or returned COD orders may incur reshipment charges.

International Orders & Customs

International orders must be prepaid. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping charge. Please note that international orders are non-returnable.
